Our client is a rapidly expanding international business within the food service industry. They specialize in both interim and permanent solutions for companies that require flexible facilities to continue operations. They design, sell, and lease commercial kitchen facilities throughout the US in addition to 28 international locations. Their client list includes top brands such as McDonald’s, Starbucks, Yum Brands, Apple, and many more. 


Summary of Position

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of operations budget and manage project expectations

  • Verify plan takeoff for specifications & equipment/material ordering

  • Obtain quotes from suppliers/subcontractors for crane, forklift, install, dismantle, subleased equipment & transportation

  • Ensure timely approval of drawings and project timelines in timely manner

  • Review & approve vendor shop drawings in coordination with Engineering

  • Hire & schedule subcontractors for installations and dismantles; Manage all internal employees on site for each project

  • Schedule startup of & training on equipment with client

  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and OSHA regulations

  • Manage any client service issues and resolve promptly to the satisfaction of clients

 

Desired Experience

  • 7+ years of construction industry experience (PM preferred)

  • MEP coordination knowledge (plus)

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university (not required)

  • Experience with financial analysis to manage costs within budget

  • Ability to travel 75% of the time

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. & climb up ladders

  • Excellent organizational skills, customer service, and multi-tasking ability required

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
