Summary of Position

Our client is looking to bring on a Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist, Paid Media who is driven, energetic, and an extremely flexible individual who thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. This person should be extremely organized, absorb information easily, and able to work directly with C-Level to maintain/build relationships. A successful candidate will be confident with their abilities within the digital marketing space and strong in many of the tools used widely throughout the industry (listed below).


• Maintain and continuously optimize 5+ client accounts while guiding other team members on cultivating the strategy for their clients

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ goals and business objectives

• Review/provide strategy feedback/guidance, and approve of other team members' client deliverables (reports, decks, etc.)

• Must effectively present to clients in person or via conference call

• Provide internal and external reporting with regards to the status of a project

• Identify additional growth opportunities in other marketing channels

• Develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social, and display marketing strategies for a variety of clients

• Extract insight from campaign data, identify relevant trends and provide well developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall client search marketing goals and objectives

• Use Google, Bing, and Social Search Marketing tools as well as additional 3rd party software (Marin) to develop new campaigns and edit existing ones to ensure ROI for all clients

• Continuously manage and adjust campaign budget allocation

• Exhibit clear understanding of overall client messaging and develop search marketing creative, including but not limited to keyword generation, text ad copy creation and landing page copywriting

• Stay up-to-date on and advise clients of the latest trends in online search marketing while also sharing any new trends with the Paid Media team


Required Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Business in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Psychology.

o Background in quantitative analysis (preferred)

• 3+ years of PPC Account Management experience

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities • Extraordinary attention to detail

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Superior writing skills – grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading
