Summary of Position

Our client is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Marketing Manager that is responsible for developing marketing strategies and executing commercial tactics aimed at increasing visibility to potential business and increasing the win rate in competitive deals; ultimately driving profitable revenue growth in their markets. This person should be extremely organized, driven, and able to work directly with C-Level to maintain/build relationships. In addition, this person must be great at building relationships, have excellent customer service skills, and possess an energetic personality that is willing to challenge themselves. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.


Responsibilities

• Understand customer buying process and identify leverage points that drive future sales/revenue

• Developing messaging that communicates the clinical and economic value our products offer

• Develop commercial marketing objectives aimed at increasing profitable growth

• Execute commercial marketing tactics that support objectives (e.g., digital, marketing automation, CRM, tradeshows, symposia)

• Train internal team how to target and communicate value to customers

• Oversee product launches

• Present to the sales team

• Measure the effectiveness of marketing tactics, and continuously improving by testing new approaches as pilot programs

• Develop/build relationships with key customers and thought leaders (KOLs)

• Monitor the market for clinical and economic trends to act upon

 

Desired Experience

• 3+ years of strong Marketing experience

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university (required)

• Healthcare/medical device industry experiences (preferred)

• Gastrointestinal (GI) experience (a BIG plus)

• Must be a data junkie

• Ability to successfully present to sales team

• Excellent organizational skills, customer service, and multi-tasking ability required

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Extensive Microsoft Suite knowledge
